    Manage Sections

    These are the shop categories customers browse by (shown as filter tabs and as grouped sections on the "All" shop view). Add, rename, delete, or reorder them, changes apply across the whole site instantly. Products already assigned to a deleted section will need to be reassigned from the product list below.

    Each product can have multiple options (colors/flavors) for customers to choose from. Stock is tracked per option, when one runs out, it auto-disables on the site while other options stay available.

    Uploading a photo is the reliable option, links copied from Google Drive, Instagram, or Pinterest usually don't work as direct image links and will just show the emoji instead. Leave both blank to use the emoji as a placeholder. You can add more color/flavor options after creating the product.

    Pre-Order Pieces

    Any category can have a pre-order piece, not just jewelry. Edit name, price, quantity, category, or photo directly below, changes save instantly. When a piece is finally in hand and ready to sell normally, click "Move to Shop" to turn it into a regular product.

    Legacy Pre-Order Reservations

    This is from the old "reserve now, pay later" system and is no longer how pre-orders work, it's kept here only in case anything old still needs following up on. Real pre-order sales now show up in Admin → Orders like any other order, marked with a 🕓 Pre-Order tag, since payment happens immediately at checkout.

    Payment Settings (Bank Transfer)

    Bank Transfer

    Customers see your account details at checkout, send the money themselves, then attach a photo of the receipt right on the site so you can confirm it from Admin → Orders.

    One-time setup required: receipt photos are stored in Supabase Storage. In your Supabase dashboard, create a public bucket named exactly receipts (Storage → New Bucket → toggle "Public bucket" on) and add a policy allowing anonymous uploads. Until that bucket exists, customers will see an error when they try to attach a receipt, so test it yourself before turning this on for real customers.

    Currency Display

    This only changes what customers SEE when they toggle to USD, everything is still actually charged and recorded in JMD. Check a current rate (e.g. search "JMD to USD") and update this occasionally, it is not fetched automatically.

    Email List (MailerLite)

    Paste your serverless relay function URL here (e.g. a Netlify Function that forwards to MailerLite). Until this is set, all signups are saved locally in ssMailerLiteQueue and won't be lost. See the setup instructions in the site code comments for details.

    Admin Security

    Your admin login is now a real account (Supabase Auth), not a password stored on this page. To change your password or add a second admin login, go to your Supabase Dashboard → Authentication → Users. To change your secret admin URL key, edit ADMIN_SECRET_KEY directly in the site's code.

    Social & Contact

    Launch / Coming Soon Date

    This controls the countdown timer on the coming-soon gate, and now applies to every visitor, not just this browser. If the date is in the past, the gate is hidden automatically and the site is live. Right now it's set to July 1, 2026, which has already passed, so the gate is currently doing nothing unless you set a real future date here.
